This dessert may seem complex, but this simple panna cotta with small cubes of pineapple ( fresh or canned ) , winked into circles and placed between two cookies coated with chocolate. </div>

Of course you can use any type of cookie and any form you like (including cookies coated almonds that look very nice ) . Please note : It is important to boil the milk mixture and pineapple for a minute at least that because the pineapple has an enzyme that interferes gelatin act. + Bring to a boil the remaining milk , cream , pineapple , sugar and cream and vanilla in a medium saucepan . Cook for a minute on high flame and remove from the stove . Add the softened gelatin and stir it all together. Cool it slightly </div>

+ Heat some oil in a large heavy pot and scorch the meat on both sides. Remove from the pot and reserve in the side .</div>

+ Add the Root vegetables to the same pot and saute for about 5 minutes</div>

+ Return the lamb shoulder into the pot and place on the vegetables. Pour wine and Silan, and complement the shoulder cover with water about 0.5 cm above the shoulder. Bring to a boil , lower the heat and simmer for two hours and a half until the meat is very tender .</div>

+ Half an hour before the end of cooking you can add more root vegetables cut for a supplement crisp dish .</div>

24 Oreo Cookies</div>

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter</div>

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 12 muffin cup baker with paper liners.</div>

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. For each cupcake cup spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over 2 Oreo cookies and stack them on top of each other. If you have left over brownie batter, bake separately in a separate baker or muffin tin. Bake cookies and brownies for 18 to 20 minutes, until brownies are cooked through. Let cool completely then serve.</div>

In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder with a whisk.</div>

Melt the butter and add to a large mixing bowl. Add a 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips and stir with a whisk until they begin to melt. Add the sugar and whisk until combined. Add the vanilla and whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the dry ingredients.</div>

Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Top with the pretzels, leaving space between each pretzel to cut the brownies out around them. (Each brownie will have one whole pretzel.) Top lightly with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.</div>

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove them from the oven when the center is still slightly underdone and allow them to cool completely on a cooling rack.</div>

In two separate bowls, melt the white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips in the microwave. To each bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. In two separate zipper bags, pour in the chocolates. Snip the end off of the white chocolate and drizzle over the brownies. (I like to do this after the brownies are cut while they are on a cooling rack hanging over the kitchen sink.) Finish off the brownies by drizzling them with the semi sweet chocolate.</div>

<br />Make the crust: Using a food processor or blender, pulverize the graham crackers into a fine crumb. Pour into a medium bowl and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into an ungreased 8-inch or 9-inch pie dish. </div>

Set aside.</div>

<br />Make the brownies: Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a large bowl in the microwave. Melt in 30 second increments and stir after each time until the butter is completely melted. The mixture will look gritty. Set aside for a few minutes as you get the other ingredients ready. You don’t want the mixture to be piping hot.<br /><br />Stir in the vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. The batter will be thick and look shiny. Add the flour, beating with a whisk until fully combined. try not to overmix the batter at this point. Pour into crust.<br /><br />Bake for 28 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with marshmallows. Return to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 3 minutes to melt the marshmallows. If the marshmallows aren’t toasted, turn on your broiler for 1 minute. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.</div>

<li> Combine all ingredients for waffles in a medium bowl just until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes.</li>
<li> Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Grease iron, if desired.</li>
<li> Ladle one quarter of the batter (about 1/4 cup) onto waffle iron. Close and cook until indicated by waffle iron (or when iron stops steaming). Remove waffle from iron and set on a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.</li>
<li> Heat a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add oil.</li>
<li> Whisk together eggs, 2 tablespoons water and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour into skillet. Scramble until cooked through. Fold in shredded cheese.</li>
<li> Divide waffles among four serving plates. Top one half of each waffle with scrambled eggs. Top with one or two sausage patties. Drizzle with sriracha if desired, then fold over like a taco.</li>
