Chiken Tortilla

Chiken Tortilla

Serves: 10

Finished in: 1 hour and 20 minutes

2 cups diced cooked chicken
½ cup black beans
½ cup corn
½ cup Litehouse salsa
3 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. Greek yogurt
2 tsp. Litehouse Instantly Fresh Jalapenos
1 ½ tsp. Litehouse Instantly Fresh cilantro
½ tsp. cumin
6 Tortillas
salt and pepper


Set tortillas aside. Place all other ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Spread about ¾ cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Cut the tortilla wraps into ½ -1 inch pieces.
