Hot pumpkin soup for a cold winter day


Ingredients

A pound pumpkin
Onion
5 cloves of garlic
Glass of orange or yellow lentils
Finger Ginger
Tablespoon cumin
Half tablespoon curry
Teaspoon caraway
Teaspoon black pepper
½ cup cilantro washed
Olive oil
3 liters of water
Satureja(za'atar)
Lemon

Preparation:

Clean the Pumpkin and cut into cubes
Chop the onion and place in a soup pot with olive oil
Mars until golden, add the spices, Mars minute or two and add the vegetables, water
Rinse the lentils and add to soup
Cook to a boil over high heat, then reduce and cook for an hour
Before serving, give the manual stick blender or in a suitable crushing device soup
Submission to sow a drop of olive oil, a drop of lemon juice, a pinch of za'atar
