Layered Applesauce


1 to 2 quarts applesauce
¼ c. Earth Balance margarine
3 c. uncooked quick oats
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
½ c. walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. maple syrup


Melt margarine in skillet. Add oats, wheat germ, walnuts, honey and maple syrup. Stir until golden brown.
Layer in bowl starting with oat crumble mixture, then adding applesauce. Add another layer of oat crumble and applesauce.
Finish with oat crumble on top. Garnish with berries.
