Soft cake mix cookies stacked up like birthday cakes between layers of chocolate frosting- an easy recipe to customize for your next party!
Ingredients:
Box of Cake Mix (any flavor)
2 Eggs
Vegetable Oil (use amount called for on cake mix box directions)
Frosting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in the bowl of your electric mixer.
Use a cookie scoop to form into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 9 minutes.
Let cool.
Frost and stack cookies to form mini cakes (if desired).
